Through balanced interview panels and partnerships with Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), the Divine Nine historically Black fraternities and sororities, Hispanic-Serving Institutions (HSIs) and professional associations supporting people from varied backgrounds, our diverse talent strategy contributes to how we recruit, hire and retain employees at all levels.
We aim to achieve year-over-year increases in representation of women and people of color at leadership levels through our executive diversity accountability initiatives.
